Laws, rules, regulations and governance affecting Colorado HOAs and membership rights and responsibilities

Federal laws, State laws, Local laws and ordinances – The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Real Estate Division is a source for Federal, State, and Local laws. The State laws which govern HOA’s are embodied in Title 38, Article 33.3 which is known as CCIOA (Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act). The current Act can be found in the State Law section.

 

HOA Incorporation

The Reserve at Mariana Butte HOA is an incorporated non-profit organization, organized under the rules of the Colorado Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act

Just a reminder that certain provisions of the Declaration are unenforceable as they have been affected by State statutes passed in the 20 plus years since the Declaration was created.
