Homeowners' association
The Reserve at Mariana Butte Homeowners’ Association (HOA) formed in 1994 as the City of Loveland expanded to the west and built the city-owned Mariana Butte golf course. The HOA represents 91 member lots. All are single family homes. The Reserve is one of several HOAs in the area surrounding the golf course.
The HOA has a three-member Board and an Architectural Review Committee, and the membership meets annually in January. The HOA is responsible for common area maintenance including mowing, irrigation, weed management, and tree trimming.
